No, because the swans roam around freely. Please check other travelers replies to same question. But I strongly recommend that visit to people sympathetic to animals.

Hello, just back from Abbotsbury, Fed the Swans myself, Great Fun. The Children are given 1st choice to Feed, then it's open to Adults. The Food comes along in a Wheel Barrow, put into Buckets with a Scoop & away you... More

I think you can, we had our own wheelchair but I'm sure I saw a couple their. Give them a call they will be able to say. You can take your car down nearer the swans just tell the guys in the shop.
