An extraordinary place to walk around! Fortifications from the early 19th century overlaid by WWII infrastructure merits a visit on those terms alone. Add in the marine vista and the stunning coastline with sea caves - accessible by canoe - and " twitchers" hides for...More

Walked up through the streets then woods, from Brixham harbour, not knowing what to expect... Lovely open area at the top with a nice cafe and great views! And a lovely old canon!

Visited Berry Head during recent Devon holiday. Stunning views and lovely walks with interesting napoleonic fort. Were lucky to see a porpoise surfacing in the water below. Cafe was lovely with polite and cheerful staff, and lovely food.

Great place to go for a walk with the dog and check out the scenery. Cafe very good with lots of choices on offer. Also an information room to give you some idea of the places history. Highly recommend.

Fabulous views, lovely walks and interesting sights - a true reflection of the beauty of Devon. Be sure to visit when near Brixham - just be wary of the very narrow and winding road that takes you there!

Was a lovely walk to berry head met with an amazing view when you finally make it up the hill, we could have sat there all day but with a young child was not an option although he did enjoy boat watching.

Hi. Yes, the site is accessible in a powered wheelchair. Please be aware that some of the paths on and around the head are uneven gravel, but you shouldn't have a problem. We hope you enjoy your visit! Laura
