Difficult to park but worth the effort. There is plenty so see and do around the harbour. Boat trips to Torquay and mackerel fishing are plentiful. Many restaurants and cafe's within easy walking distance.

The way that Brixham has taken care of its harbour is to be commended. The merchants that line the edge of the harbour, the various boating and shipping companies that make Brixham home, the lovely features tucked away here and there... I love it here!

A wonderful place to visit for families of all ages. Lovely coves nearby. Plenty of little cafes and fresh seafood to buy. Catch the ferry to Torquay for a look around at the shops and quayside.

there is always enough to do and don't forget that there is a configuration of resorts along the coast easily accessible by bus including Torquay. there are plenty of exhibitions on year-round not to mention art galleries.

I agree,I first visited Brixham in October. I feared the same thing..... Don't worry, this is a lovely little town anytime. There will be a couple of places that close early, but only because we,as tourists don't visit them... More
