If you are with your teenager who is not always interested in long walkings, the Devil's Hole may stand for an good incentive. Landscape is beautiful and story of the site interesting. A place to see with your family 'if weather permitting'. We visited it under the sun but don't dare to imagine it under the rain...

A bit of a walk without much to see at the end. Make sure the tide's in before visiting this attraction

Hadn't been here years and had forgotten how beautiful and spectacular the view is. Nice story about the Devil's Hole came about but the view towards North West France and the other Channel Islands is fantastic overlooking the cliff paths and rugged coastline. Pathway is well kept but be careful as steep in places. if taking young children keep hold... More

Hadn't visited for some time. Was impressed by the improvement to the footpath and the viewing platform at the bottom. Devil still a little unipressive.

Park your car in the Priory Inn car park and take the gentle stroll down to The Devil's Hole. Be warned, it is rather steep in places but well worth the effort. The pool with the statue of Pan is the first lovely sight you come across and then onwards down the path to one of the most spectacular views... More

Hadn't done any research so no idea what was in store, the pub itself is clearly a popular haunt & was full, we parked in the overflow car park. We had a saunter down to the sea & saw the goated man, like a mythical beast standing in the small lake, we carried on down the steps to the bridge... More

Worth a visit for the views, a lovely place to visit & spend some time overlooking the sea on the way down. Devils hole is great to see/hear when the tide is at the right height - you can really feel the power of the waves.

Park in the pub's carpark, and take a stroll down to the devil's hole, its well worth it, wear coat in the autumn as it gets breezy, then attempt the walk back up the hill, lots of places to stop an rest, then into the pub for a bite to eat and a drink or two.

Good stop off on our north coast walk. Busy and a little short staffed but the staff that were there were dealing very well. Food was of good portions a pretty good for the price and the fact it's a pub. Only negative was the ratios on condiments! Ketchup and mayo seemed in short supply. All in all a good... More
