You pass this on the wonderful coastal drive on the east of the island.
If there is space to park it is well worth stopping not just to see the defensive tower but also the rocky beach and tidal pools.
Missed breakfast in our hotel and decided to walk into St Helier. Passing this tower, our hunger overtook us and we bought egg and bacon baps to eat sitting on a bench at the tower. One of the most relaxing breakfasts enjoyed during our holiday....More
