Cool looking mills

Nice and big windmills! There is an entrance to the side where the locals have a market with local products on certain days. The entrance fee is 6e.

Following tripadvisor we went for the tour and were happy enough. Informative and interesting. The sunny day played a great part in it. Some views on the bay

I came here with three children aged 5, 7 & 9. We fed the ducks in the lake first, then had a picnic & visited the small well maintained pay area whilst waiting on our tour of the mills. The tour guide wa friendly, polite and well informed. The tour was enjoyable for us all and any questions we had... More

Lovely spot to spend an hour or two, mill house is well presented with interesting exhibits, beautiful site and a warm and friendly welcome in the coffee shop for a pleasant repast. A word of warning, the coffee shop is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Perhaps this could be adressesd in future development?

We visited Skerries Mills to fill a bit of time before we could go to our B&B and were very pleasantly suprised. We enjoyed a coffee in the cafe on our arrival, and were then given a comprehensive and very interesting tour of the windmills and history of the place. Home made soup and bread afterwards was substantial and tasty.

comfy sofas in the rear are the place to sit to enjoy your cuppa and scone . . . not sure why they need 5 people in the kitchen to serve morning coffee & scones

I know most tourist think Guinness and Jameson when they come over to visit Ireland. But this place is 100% worth a visit too. Even if you don't like mills and only love beer you still will find out lots of new. Tour groups are very small so you can hear and see everything. Great place to visit with kids.

Skerries Mills us an absolutely lovely place to have lunch and a hot drink. The staff without exception are extremely obliging and friendly. In my opinion it's the nicest place in Skerries to eat lunch. Very family friendly also. I particularly enjoy the goats cheese crostini.
