This is a lovely beach, where you can walk for ages, listening to the roar of the surf. You can get the car quite close to the beach, but if it is busy, you won't be able to turn the car, as the lane is...More

This must be a hidden gem in county Donegal as every time we go there are very few people there. This makes it a lovely quite and peaceful place for a walk along the strand. The sand dunes are massive and a sight to behold....More

This place is just beautiful.Picturesque. I know there are signs for it but you could easily miss it. It's just beautiful with it's golden soft sand. We visted it after we had been up at Malin Head. It might be a good way to break...More

It's a beautiful quiet beach for walking - but no swimming. The cliffs along the beach are a favourite nesting place for choughs.

The five fingers strand (called Lagg beach locally). It's located on the road to Malin Head. There are 5 rock pinnacles which resembles 5 fingers jutting into the sea. Lovely for a walk, however, not safe for swimming!

Five Fingers Strand is one of many beautiful and peaceful spots on the Wild Atlantic Way in Donegal. It's got big sky, a long, clean sandy beach and rolling waves. Perfect!

This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The tide can be strong when it is coming in but it is a great walking beach.

This place has changed a lot in the past decade due to climate changes. The beach is getting less and less, but it's still one of the best places to visit. You can walk along the beach for quite a long time.
