Grew up in the shadow of Bays Mountain, never visited. My loss! When next back in Kingsport, I'm planning on at least an afternoon.

My wife and I have hiked literally every marked trail on their map. We love it! A wonderful place of which Kingsport should be exceedingly proud.

I really enjoy this park. It's not very large, but they have some great exhibits. The wolves are fascinating, and if you time your arrival right, you can watch them being fed. The turtles are very cool, as well as the snake observatory.

Like the others say, it's $10. My teenage son and I did the zip line. The instructions take longer than the ride, really.

$10. I don't know the weight limit. I'm 165 lbs and I rode the zip line.
