We did not stay for the day's story teller, but would purchase tickets the next time we visit. The gift shop has a lot of child friendly toys and lots of books.

Awesome. Even though it poured rain, the event was awesome. Great story tellers. Saw Jeanne Robertson who sold out a 1500 seat tent and she rocked the place. If you have never been, this is a must!

Didn't really know what to expect as I had not heard of any of the storytellers but wow, what talent they have. The storytelling theater at the center is beautiful and the storytellers are all top notch. We'll be back again.

Be sure to include the Storytelling Museum on your trip. There are storytellers throughout the year and then the BIG national storytelling event in October. Creative and fun to hear these folks.
