It was amazing to go see her ranch. Hurricane Mills is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful as is the water wheel. We loved it and would definately go again sometime if possible.

I might be partial but this place amazes everyone I bring here. So many things to do! From horseback riding to canoeing to visiting the Plantation House and so much more.

I highly recommend taking a Tour of Her Ranch and House. The Guide was Very Knowledgeable of Loretta"s History and was also very entertaining .Put this on your Bucket List !!!!!!

A campers paradise for sure. Emaculate grounds,friendly Loretta loving staff. A heartwarming museum and close replica of the original Butcher Holler home. An amazing working farm really surprised me.

We have our own camper, so did not use cabins. The shower house was not very clean so I would not trust the cabins to be clean either.

Butcher Holler is in Kentucky. There is a replica ,on the plantation of Hurricane Mills which was used in the movie Coal Miners Daughter. I think there are both steps and a ramp to enter the replica.
