This is a big park with large Open fields. This used to be a horse Farm in the Franklin Area. Our family saw fireworks there during the 4th of July. They also have many other events there.

We stayed at the Harlinsdale Cottage so could walk out our side door and be surrounded by the 200 scenic acres of Harlinsdale Park. It is clean, with a pretty lake and a large dog park, very popular with locals.

Stumbled across this place on accident and being from Phoenix thought this place was gorgeous. Not much into Equine history but surprised about the plaques all around the park. Even some burial sites. Original buildings on the property as well as access to the river...More

Our ten month old Labradoodle loves coming to this dog park. There are three very large fenced play areas that allow dogs to play together off leash. There are balls left at the park for the dogs to chase or they can run around with...More

Visited this park recently and had a wonderful time taking some fun photos. What a wonderful collection of buildings and land. The locals are very lucky to have this treasure in their backyard. I look forward to returning.

Unless you are willing to take an extra 1/2 hour ?? You could possibly use 3rd (96) to Eddy Ln up to liberty pike. That will put you right in front of Harlinsdale Farm
