Find a parking place walk around for a few hours and have a drink or a meal. Lots of stores and other options- well worth the visit to this beautifully landscaped historical town. Just a pleasant place to be

My husband and I visited downtown Franklin one morning last week. Easy to walk with lots of parking. We enjoyed it, but unless your significant other likes to shop I think it leans a little towards a girls weekend get-a-way. My hubs enjoyed it but...More

Franklin is an easy drive from Nashville. We had researched The Lotz House so that was our primary goal. After finishing our GREAT tour, we walked on down to Franklin to enjoy the heritage and historical buildings.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute walking the streets of downtown Franklin! So many wonderful places to eat, Pucketts being first on my list! Lots of delightful shops to browse through. Hearts and Hands was one of my favorites, where everything is handmade. Literally, some of THE...More

Downtown Franklin, Tennessee is adorable. It is very clean, safe, and has great little shops. It has a small town/trendy feel. Great for walking around, relaxing, boutique shopping, coffee and taking in the unique old architecture

Nice small main street with many shops and restaurants to visit. Not far from the battlefields and reflects the history of that time.
