If you need/want any ideas as to what to do in the area, check out this place! The gentlemen were very friendly and had great knowledge of the city. They had maps, guidebooks, and pamphlets for tons of places.

The visitors center looks like a valet area for the neighboring hotel so it is very confusing and dimly lit. Need more signage to designate that it is for pedestrians (although busses come through there).

Easy to access visitor information in shuttle breezeway. The fellow who helped us was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've lived in the area for 30 years, but he made me aware of several services that had escaped my attention.

If you're not sure what you want to do while you're in town, start here. The people are knowledgeable and can give you some great direction. They have maps, some items for purchase, and great advice.

The city runs a fleet of free (electric) shuttle buses up and down Broad and Market Streets that starts here and ends next door to the Choo Choo Hotel about a dozen blocks away. Another route takes folks across the river to the North Shore....More

Do a google search on “Chattanooga cruise in car show.” You might find one going on close to when you plan to visit. And check with the Coker Museum website: they sponsor one themselves every year.

Yes, there is. If you look at the Rock City site, you'll find some combo packages there. Also check the Chattanooga tourism website. I believe there are some there as well.
