An alright city park just along the Tennessee River. It houses the carousel building, and has some walking paths and a view of the river (and the Riverfront neighborhood of Chattanooga just across the river). Not a beautiful park (especially in winter), but it's not...More

There is not much going on during the day at Coolidge Park during the day. Difficult to find parking. Restaurants are nearby, though. I didn't see much. Didn't stay long.

Well maintained and clean park along the riverfront. Paved paths make it easy to navigate. Beautiful fountain and views. There is an antique carousel in its own building.

This park is a great mix of activities (carousel, bridge, fountains) and wide open lawns and trails. It's easy to relax on a blanket, ride a bike around, and people-watch. Grab dinner at a nearby eatery and let the sun set all around you.

An absolutely beautiful, well-maintained park! The fountain is simply mesmerizing, regardless of age! Taking a ride on the carousel is an absolute must. Where else can you ride on intricately hand-carved animals for a dollar! It's a must for young and old!

A great place for kids to run around. Merry-Go-Round and water feature I'm sure it's bustling in the summer months. The NorthShore is a great area to go to walk in the park, walk on the bridge, and visit some of the restaurants and shops...More

Well kept park but other than the carousel and the small water fountain play area(it was too cold when we were there) there is nothing for children. It was a long walk across the bridge to an anti climatic park.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl. This is one of my favorite parks to go to during the summer. It’s a better place for smaller kids but as a teenager there are many things that you can enjoy about it.

I enjoyed going to this park as it was very fun to go to for a birthday party I went to recently. Lots of room to run around and do things, so you don’t feel cramped while trying to avoid others around you.

Coolidge Park is free! There is a really great merry-go-round that costs $1 per person, but the rest of the park is free. There are some great shops and places to eat close to the park, too.
