We hadn't been here for many years & always enjoy the new corn made scenes. This year was extra special because it was in honor of vets. This is a must see place!!!!

We got there after they had closed for the day, so could only see the outside. Liked that there was a mural for each branch of the US military.

The outside is awesome, the inside is primarily postcards and yearly photos back about 100 years. We live a block away so we can see the front of the Corn Palace from our back porch. They have new lights that change with the seasons.

We weren't impressed with this stop. It's far enough off the freeway that it makes skipping it recommended if you're on a long trip. There is a gift shop inside and that's it. This is purely a photo stop from the outside.

I first visited the famous Corn Palace when I was nine years old, but remember being entranced by the murals made from corn. My first impression upon visiting it recently (decades later) was how much the town, and the Corn Palace itself, has become commercialized....More

It is good to break up a long drive, so we popped in here to have a look. We had no idea what this was all about. It was interesting to see that it was a small town arena with artwork murals renewed after each...More

Stopped at the Corn Palace, as a distraction on the long drive across the state. It was fun to just stop and see the Palace. Interesting that the whole thing changes every year. Take a little time and walk around. It won't take long, for...More

Not worth a trip unless you are going there for something else. Just not much to it. Quick walk though is all you need.

Before you go inside, spend some time to walk along the two visible sides of the building, and look at the details. It will give you a better appreciation for the work which is performed every year, for over 100 years. Inside the building the...More

I would say 30 minutes to an hour checking out the actual corn murals and reading the history, short movie. If you want to spend time in the shops, definitely add more time.
