It was just 3 room gift shop. It was not like any of the other ones I have been too. There was not much history about the place.

Employees were so mild and helpful and seemed peaceful. They’ve tried to recreate some of the rooms like they would have been from 200years ago while having a gift shop as well. Beautiful grounds. Could even picnic here.

As we were driving from Savannah, Georgia to South Carolina we saw this Visitor's Center that focuses on "The Low Country". The two ladies who worked there were very nice and I am really glad we stopped here.

Frampton Plantation House is an excellent starting place for low country history. Great gift store and informed employees make this a great place for local folklore.

We found this place by fluke and when it stated it was free admission, who could go wrong? I think this place is just beautiful and situated in a nice rural spot with a 250 year old oak standing post out front. It is nice...More

Great little visitors’ center housed in an historic farm house. Adorable gift shop with some historical info sprinkled in. Restrooms are super clean, lots of info about local places to visit.

It's a lovely stop if you're in the area. Free to enter the house which is a gift shop. It's pretty and doesn't take long. We were disappointed in the lack of history related about the family and grounds.

Quaint Historic, Southern Plantation House perfect for taking a break from I-95 traffic hassles. Stretch your legs, walk the pups and picnic under ancient live oaks. This is southern low country...bring bug spray. There are public restrooms, free historical displays, and personable staff. The gift...More

The trees and grounds are beautiful, as is the outside of the house. The inside of the home is basically a gift shop with some historical pieces thrown in. It's a place to visit for a few minutes, but not much more.
