I go to Table Rock to hike the 3.6 mile (each way) Table Rock Mountain hike. It is reputed to be the toughest trail in the state. Having hiked almost all of the trails in Upstate SC I would have to agree with this. There are other trails here but I go specifically for the Table Rock Trail because it's... More

We were there this past weekend for a camping trip. We had fun and the park offers a lot to do my only problem was with the Bath House. It was never serviced the whole time we where there, so the floors stayed wet and sandy and the showers stayed muddy and full sand and hair. It was a little... More

Excellent state park facilities and beautiful scenery. Be aware that if you choose the Table Rock trail the park labels the trail as "Strenuous". that is putting it mildly. It is indeed a challenging walk for novice hikers. Excellent place to visit!

The state park is very pretty and the trails are well maintained. We thought we would take a quick hike up the Table Rock trail; it was very steep with many rock steps leading up. The trail had lots of evidence of fire damage but the trails were cleared of all tree debris. It was a rainy day which made... More

We stopped here to let the kids play a while since they have a nice park. We walked around and checked out a few things while here. They have really nice cabins, a lake to swim in (in summer of course) and fish, and tons of hiking trails. We are coming back this summer to rent a cabin to hike... More

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE CANINS---We reserved a Cabin at Table Rock for 3 days. We enjoyed the Cabin so much we adjusted our trip so we could stay at the Cabin an extra day. We have stayed at other cabins in the U.S., and judge this cabin to be among the best! Full size stove, full size refrigerator, large,... More

If you want to take a drive, or hike, or fish, or swim this park has it all. This is good for the spontaneous trip or a planned week end; you will find plenty to do or the place to sit and look out upon the fabulous mountain Table Rock.

We have been here several times. This time we brought our boys, 6 & 9, with us to hike the Table Rock trail. It's definitely a tough trail, but well worth it for the view at the top. It took us about 5 hrs round trip and that was with eating lunch at the top. As usual, it was a... More

We took a 4 mile hike on the red trail. We took it to the small covered overlook about 1.75 mile up he trail. Our total hike was about 3.8 miles. Moderate to strenuous, there are easier hikes as well. Net time we will go to the top of the mountain ( round trip about 8 miles). Been here several... More

I have been here many times, is a nice hike for a day with excellent views. The trail is well marked and maintained. Plan to spend an hour or so relaxing at the top to soak in the views. Also, I have been here many times, and have come across several rattlesnakes and copperheads sunning themselves on the trail, so... More
