This course is very tough for players with high handicaps and those who don't hit a long ball (like me), and even my husband (12 HC) had his share of struggles . There are many marshy "waste" area carries or layups. On the plus side,...More

Overall course was in great shape. Greens being only open for play two weeks ago were not in good condition. Far too many bad spots, ball marks and even divots on a few greens. The pins need to be moved more often as around the...More

Glen Dornoch golf links can be pricey at different times of the year. Locals and snow birds have a chance to buy the "Friends of The Glens" discount card. There is a reasonable yearly fee to purchase the card and then you can play any...More

We were regulars in Myrtle for 15 years and then took a hiatus for 5 years. We returned this month expecting Glen Dornoch to be the same great track it was before. Not so. It's still a beautiful golf course that winds through woods and...More

Have played golf all over the world and the greens were as bad as I've ever played. From the speed (painfully slow) to the length of the grass, to the conditions of the actual holes, it just eliminated everything else that could potentially make it...More

I just played Glen Doroch on Friday, the 15th, the greens were a little bumpy but should be good by next week - I t is so beautiful - it is worth playing, even if the greens are off!
