Stopped by the brewery after tasting their 32/50 Kolsch at a local restaurant. Easily the BEST Kolsch I've had outside of Germany. Loved this beer so much I came to buy a few six-packs and flew it home to California. Too bad they can't ship...More

We went here last on our daytime brewery tour and I had high hopes as it had great reviews on a Charleston blog. The beer was ok and the atmosphere felt strange. I just felt like I was missing something...

Friendly brewers in a somewhat out-of the-way location and rougher neighborhood. One of the older local breweries, it also consistently produces the best beer. Limited hours, so check before you go. Hosting Brewvival this weekend (Feb 27/28), so there will be closures during this period....More
