While stating in Murrells Inlet last summer we tried to visit as many Historic sites possible, the Marshwalk Waterfront was a must visit area . Plenty of restaurants, boating activities, great pier to walk, must see Goat Island, great for photographers.

Many restaurants and bars to 'visit'. Super smells enticing you! The walk was very relaxing and enjoyable. Murrells Inlet is a sleepy little village with a fishing problem.

So many dining options available and the views are great. They have water sports rentals right there. You can walk up and down the Marshwalk with a cool beverage while enjoying the views. They have nice girls braiding hair and henna tattoos for the kids...More

What a great afternoon and evening. All restaurants need a giant thank you. From the children's costume parade to the adult costume contest. If you have never visited the marsh walk you need to go now. Restaurants and views are great.

There is always something going on at the marsh walk. We were there for Halloween and saw some great outfits! Even if there is nothing happening it is a nice place to gather and have fun.

Boardwalk runs behind many restaurants, most with live music. Another section jets into the marsh. It is not long, but allows you the opportunity to see the marsh and it’s inhabitants (crabs, jumping fish, cranes, pelicans?).

I recommend Wicked Tuna or The Lobster Claw. I was only there for a day but there's many other choices and all have a menu posted outside.

Yes. Dogs are welcome. You can eat outside with your dog at places like Dead Dog Saloon and Creek Ratz. Food is great at both these places. Other restaurants with outdoor seating also allow dogs.
