This was our favorite part of myrtle beach. My wife and I visited the area for our first time and spent probably about 10 or so hours here in 2 days time. How intriguing, this place was beautiful, all the artwork, the history and the...More

This is a gem of immaculate gardens, sculptures, decor and guided tour. There is even a boat ride also. One needs to be able to do a lot of walking though there are adult “strollers” which can be pushed throughout the gardens. Very few animals...More

Nothing like this museum garden which is the largest outdoor collection of sculpture in the world. Also a zoo and a butterfly garden as well as a historical walk through what was once a large antebellum plantation. Could spend a week here. Great guided walking...More

We visited these gardens in the past, but now it reminds one of a children’s park with plastic figurines everywhere! The birds in zoo did not look healthy. The large trees with hanging moss were great, just go off by yourself away from the crowd.More

Beautiful area to walk around. Something for the whole family to see. The zoo area is wonderful to walk around and see all kinds of animals. The flower and sculpture gardens are gorgeous. Such a peaceful place.

I must admit, going to a sculpture garden didn't interest me, but it was fabulous. Over 2000 sculptures in fabulous garden. Spent about 4 hours there. Highly recommend it

Sculptures, art, fountains, floral and arboreal displays, a fascinating history, and well-informed docents make Brookgreen a must see and a breath of air that refreshes the soul after the hype and high pressure condo/time share salespeople, and hubble-bubble of Myrtle beach. It rivals anything we...More
