This is a beautiful and superbly clean park. The boardwalk seems to extend forever though the water and affords impeccable views of the Rav Bridge, especially at night. There is a decent amount of free parking available as well. Another interesting point is that this is a longerhead turtle nesting area. I didn't get to see any the night I... More

In the heart of the low country, this park was really neat with piers that you can walk out on and see all the fishing boats. Lots of restaurants and water activities--lots of kayakers, boaters and people fishing off the piers. We did not see dolphins here, but others have said they're here quite frequently.

Great spot to take in a nice hike and view the low country. The walkway is easy for everyone and gets you right on top of the creek.

This is a great area to go to maybe see some dolphins and watch the shrimp boats come in and out. There's always fisherman and kayaks and something going on. You can walk the piers and watch the sunrise or the sunset. It's pretty laid-back and casual and there are public bathrooms and several restaurants around.

Eat dinner on Shem Creek then take a walk down to the end of the dock. You might get to watch someone catch a fish or just enjoy the view. Kids love it. I've walked this board walk several times and with all ages. Everyone loves it!

Gorgeous sunset views and views of Shem creek. Dolphins are always available for view. Seeing the shrimp boats come in at sunset as well is a site to see. The homes around the property are also a sight to see .

This is a great place to take a stroll to watch all the boats coming and going on Shem Creek! You'll see porpoises playing in the water, beautiful birds flying all around you, people fishing or just taking a Romantic stroll. Also a good place to see a sun set! Fun for everyone!

I usually only write food reviews. But I'll make an exception for this one. Do yourself a favor and if you're in Mount Pleasant go here and do the walk, it'll take you down by the boat docks and offers some breathtaking views. It's a good dinner or lunch spot and include the park.
