We are fortunate to live near the Park and like to walk the trails. Good for wildlife and nature viewing. A tranquil place. Bring the bug spray and good walking shoes.

My visit was an Audubon Guided walk but I still would have enjoyed the Park and trails if not with a group. Nature and the history of the Santee Canal all in one package! Visited the park before and will go again.

We love going here. We have a annual pass so that we can go often. Plenty of walking trails and over looks. If you love nature, this is for you!
