This is a very nice place to spend the day with family and a pick-nick, walking trails and Southern history.

My family and I spent several hours looking at everything and reading all the literature about the different items. Staff was very friendly and well able to answer questions.

This small museum has been a pleasant surprise. It houses several very interesting items, from ancient fossils, to more modern artifacts of the civil war and modern times. It will take you about an hour to see everything. We stayed a little longer than that...More
