This is an attractive memorial next to the library in Lake City, South Carolina. Lake City is proud of Dr McNair also naming the main road through town for him

This is a nice tribute to Lake City born astronaut Ron McNair. It increased my appreciation for those brave enough to ride a rocket into space and it is definitely worth the visit.

A quiet place next to the library. A memorial to the man from Lake City. SC. who lived his dream. I stop and just enjoy the quiet before going into the Library.
