I wouldn’t even call this a lighthouse, it’s just a overpriced gift shop. Don’t even bother paying to walk up it.... you are better off just walking on the pier or going to the restaurant and shops. If you have kids there is a hug...More

This octagonal 90-foot high lighthouse was built in the late 1960's, as a landmark for the Harbour Town golf course at the Harbour Town Marina, on Hilton Head Island. It was privately built to promote the Harbour Town Golf Links, and has become well known...More

We were camping in our Motorcoach at the Hilton Head Motorcoach Resort for a long weekend. Only took our bicycles as it was a short trip and we had heard you could ride everywhere on the bikes. However, not true as you can’t visit Harbor...More

Great views, shopping and restaurants at Harbour Town. If you are not staying in sea pines, you have to pay $8 for a day pass. Totally worth it. They have rocking chairs to sit in and look out to the beach. Great Day!!

It isn’t as tall as a real lighthouse, but it was a good way to send the afternoon. 114 steps to the top. The view was really good at the top. They had different pictures and history facts going up the steps at the landings....More

We have been here on past trips, so we didn’t pay the $4.50 to go to the top of the Lighthouse this trip. Mainly a Gift shop. The Lighthouse was decorated with a Plaid design this trip. Cost $8.00 per car to get into Sea...More

Having visit this iconic lighthouse every year for the last 10 years, it was nice to see it decked out in plaid for the hundredth anniversary of the RBC Classic. We don't golf but we are fans. Whenever we watch the Classic with friends we...More

This whole area is cool to hang out in, with lots of stores, restaurants, patios, or just rocking chairs if you want to sit. It does cost $8 per car that you bring in, which is pretty expensive just to visit. We were there during...More

I would give yourself about an hour give or take a little, depending on how long you want to spend reading the information along the way and taking photos and enjoying the view on the top of the Lighthouse.
