The light house was so cool to see. Not very far away off shore so you can see it perfectly. The beach is also very nice with amazing wildlife nearby.

We had some spare time while in Charleston so we drove over to Folly Beach to check out this lighthouse. It is on a sandbar off the coast, so you can't actually get to the lighthouse, but you can get a pretty good view of...More

I took my visiting German family on this tour. They found the entire adventure to be awesome. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The group was small. The dolphins were everywhere, and we learned so much about all the wildlife. Just starting on the quirky Bowen's...More

It's a really nice walk and a pretty view once you get there. There is a lot of graffiti taken over and that's kinda sad that people don't respect nature.

This lighthouse / beach combination is what makes the Charleston area lovely - a combination of the beach and a bit of history. Note: it is hidden and 8-10 minute walk to the beach to see the lighthouse. We had no problem parking in the...More

We used Charleston Outdoor Adventures for our trip to Morris Island. You would need to ask a tour company whether or not animals are allowed on their boats and/or the island!
