Sweet Berry Farm is a post-and-beam farm market and café situated on 100 acres of conserved farmland. We are located only a short distance from downtown Newport and the island's beaches. From our market we sell our own freshly grown seasonal fresh fruits, vegetables, cut flowers, as well as a variety of gourmet and specialty foods. The pick-your-own season spans from June through December. Our barn and orchard offer two picturesque settings for your wedding or special event.

Prices were very expensive, had the chicken salad sandwich, it was awful I threw away over 1/2 of it, the clam chowder was just okay and the tea not so good. Looked around the store a bit and fund the prices to be very high,...More

Nice store and cafe. Interesting foods, vegetables, pies and cakes for sale. Plus, 6 flavors of 1 or 2 scoop ice cream (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry, mocha chip) in a cone.

Prices in this place are outrages. You might think that the queen of England works there and takes care of plants. Their pies are awesome, but the rest of th food is not worth the money they are asking for. It's just food, c'mon people,...More

Beautiful elevated orchards with varietal trees marked clearly. Buy a bag for Apple picking in the store and go fill it up! A half peck bag is just around $17, with smaller and larger bags being available. Prices are high - for example, cherry pie...More

a ticket for anyone is not needed at all. public transportation would be a question best asked to the location itself or to the bus company or even the Newport visitor center. I have a car so I can not give a good answer to this question. Yes, there is a great cafe with a very good extensive menu onsite.

this is not near public transportation. We biked over from our hotel which was not far. I suggest you need a car to get there.
Are these negative comments true? Should I worry? Should I not go ?
