Great activity for the whole family

We had a lot of fun on the Hiawatha. It's an hour long ride down the river and you can buy snacks and drinks on the boat. Kids enjoyed it too!

We had one of our class reunion night on the Hiawatha a few years ago. Our them was "Margaritaville" and we played our own music and provide the food. Everyone loved it!

This is an awesome place to go with family and just sit down and relax. It is interesting to here the history of the river and the lumber era. It goes at a slow pace. Even people with motion sickness will be okay.

With 2 decks to move around and enjoy the scenery this is a great way to relax and enjoy an afternoon or party away into the evening. If you want to enjoy the band or the AC depending on what day or what time of day the lower deck is the bomb. If you want to enjoy the stars or... More

The Hiawatha river boat ride is approximately a 1 hour ride on the Susquehanna River from Susquehanna State Park, Arch Street, in Willliamsport, Pa., that goes westward toward Linden and back. It has 2 levels, the lower level is even air-conditioned. It has many charter cruises, but also sails on 3 or more days, several times a day, at a... More

There are several different themed cruises, or you can rent the boat for a private party. We particularly enjoy the sunset cruises and the ones with live music. If you rent the boat yourself you can hire one of the approved caterers for anything from appetizers to fancy rehearsal dinners. The boat has a cash bar with non-alcoholic beverages as... More

The Hiawatha is a nice leisure ride on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River. It is certainly family friendly. You can rent the ship for private parties as well.

My husband and I were looking to kill some time and stumbled across the Hiawatha Paddlewheel Riverboat cruise. It was very reasonably priced. Once on board, you can order drinks and some light food. You will also get a history lesson on the tour. The staff is super friendly and made it a really nice afternoon. Was nice for kids... More

We took this one hour excursion on the Hiawatha with four year old grandson. We all thoroughly enjoyed. Price is very reasonable $6.00 - $8.50, depending on age, for the scheduled weekend runs. We enjoyed the commentary. Food on board is a bargain – three hotdogs, a soda and a hot chocolate, all for $6.50. And the folks operating are... More
