There are some very nice things to see here. The Boulder Field is unique. There are very nice trails. There are some nice waterfalls. It can get very busy, which is my only negative, but I guess that's because it has so much to offer.

The camp store here is amazing and the women who runs the store is the best. The kids have us stopping there every day when we are camping. You can get just about anything you can think of in that store.

Spent a Thanksgiving nearby in 2016 and it snowed at Hickory run state park. Lots of great trails to ski and we returned that summer in 2017 and walk some of the trails. Very lovely place winter and summer.
