Rode up with friends from Baltimore for a visit. Terrific displays of both civil and military helicopters. Displays also tell the history of helicopter aviation development in the surrounding area. Saw several families there also while visiting so it's great for people of all ages....More

My grandchildren, 12 year old twin boys and a10 year old girl loved this setting. With so many sites that are high tech with gadgets and gizmos this was a refreshing low key environment. We easily strolled around and the kids climbed into cockpits. They...More

Don't expect the largest museum but it's packed with information. Being a fixed wing person the museum kept my interest. Several heliopers outside that kids (and grownups) can board. Friendly staff. A bonus, across from the airport so you can watch planes.

The exhibits were interesting but limited. Educational filmgood for kids. I do think there’s more going on in summer.

I took my niece and nephew here for the afternoon and initially my expectations were low and I didn’t expect to be there too long. I was wrong. The kids had an amazing time looking at the various helicopters, many of which they were able...More

We visited the museum this past August when our grandchildren were visiting. The oldest was turning 3 and the exhibits, the children's play area and the ability to sit in and touch the helicopters was more than exciting for him and for us bigger folks...More

Held an event for 170 people in the Helicopter Museum. Guests loved being able to walk around and in some of the helicopters, great for photo opportunities. Space is large - no need to rent a dance floor or tables and chairs. Everything is there....More
