If I were to choose one easily accessible short hike in this area, this one would be it. You can drive to the top and hike to the brim or park below and scale the steep slopes - your choice!

Pretty easy walk down to the overlook so if you are not a hiker it shouldn't be a problem. Would definitely recommend. Also it is dog friendly

I don't think so, but call the U. S. Forest Service Office in Warren, PA to find out positively. Hope it is a great wedding!
