The Strasburg Railroad is a step back in time to the days of the old coal-burning steam trains. The smells and sounds take a person back to the time before high speed express trains and a much simpler way of life. The prices are very...More

You wife and I had a great time riding the rails to Paradise? Booked the first-class lounge car. Enjoyed wine and cheese and fruit as we travelled along looking at Amish farms with great commentary. Worth doing.

If you have kids this is a must go. It was a very hot day when I went and this ride was a welcome treat. You can also have lunch on the train. The countryside is very pretty.

Take a train ride through Amish Country! A great way to see the area and the farms. Plus, the corny jokes by the emcee were fantastic. Hangout, eat, and shop at the gift shops!
