Stopped here and was greatly impressed. For only $10 a person you get to see up front and close restored steam electric and diesel engines and railroad cars from past decades. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Many explanatory articles. Bring a camera.

There are rail cars and locomotives from the 19th and 20th centuries. Also see the scale model railroad which covers a lot of Pennsylvania towns and landscapes. Worth the trip.

You should do the museum after sight and sound so that you have time. My 11 year old son loved the museum and railroad. Enjoy!
