We spent a pleasant afternoon at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market. I was impressed by how clean the market was and how nicely displayed the produce was. So many artisan breads and Amish stands. Very pleasantly surprised at how nice this market was. Also this is indoors so come anytime.

The Market is one of the Cleanist farmers market in PA without losing the feel of a Market. Great Selection of Fresh Fruit, paticularly, Burholder's Stand that now offers fresh fruit sliced and salads already made. Supereb Variety of Seafood, Fresh Meats, and Delicious Baked Goods. There is a new Gluten Free Stand that has really good desserts. Along with... More

This market has lots of different stands with a wide selection of food and other things too. Many places also serve food to eat in or take out. Several stands of each, so you cam choose . There is coffee, baked goods, veggies, meats, cheeses, candy, wine, soda, spices, deli and more

If you want good, local, fresh and tasty food, this is the place. Lots of Pennsylvania Dutch, Amish and Mennonite farms folks bring their goods to sell. An interesting verity also.

I've been going here for many years. 2 very good fruit & vegetable stands. Plenty of meat stands but it is not on the list of must visit places in Reading. It's OK but nothing special. It would not take people from out of town there. Not sure what's missing. If it closed tomorrow forever, I wouldn't miss it.

Farmers bring their food here to sell. You get fresh food at a good price and support local farmers and merchants at the same time. Variety of stands..include italian food items like good salami...pa dutch items like dumplings. There is a vietnamese stand that makes food to order..its a tad pricey but excellent taste! Meat stands..cheese...you name it..they got it... More
