Our guide made this delightful and informative. This is not like any brewery you have toured before. It is the ‘cave’ and the history that makes it a great tour. Don’t miss the tasting room!

Kind of a whimsical additional to our travels. We were planning on heading this way, and I am fond of their beer, so a trip to the "Oldest Brewery in the US" seemed like a natural element of our anticipated stops at National Parks. Unfortunately,...More

History lives in Pottsville. This tour is fun, interesting, free and a testament to the hardworking Yuengling family. Because the original brewery is on the National Register, nothing can be changed. That means you are seeing a business that started in 1829 in the exact...More

My wife and I spend the afternoon touring the brewery. The history of the brewery was fascinating including the cave that was hand dug into the mountainside side and was used to store the kegs of beer to keep them cool. The free beer tasting...More

One of my all time favorite beers. While in the area decide to visit and take the tour. The tour was free and great. If you like beer and even if you don’t the tour was very fun with a lot of information.

My brother and I drove to Pottsville to tour the brewery. I had done it many years ago but I wanted him to see it. The city of Pottsville is very hilly and scenic with its old buildings. D.G. Yuengling Brewery is seen as you...More

Although my wife and I aren't beer drinkers, we enjoy touring breweries. As the oldest brewery in America this one has a lot of history. The hour long tour takes you through the historic brewery that still makes beer today. Throughout the tour you not...More
