So easy to park at the incline station, grab a ticket and ride up to a fantastic view! The brief ride itself is cool to experience. We also enjoyed a drink on a deck with a panoramic view (Grandview Saloon).

Enjoyed the incline but found the surrounding neighborhoods to be a bit tired and depressed. You can walk between the two inclines but be prepared to be underwhelmed. The blocks beyond the viewing platforms do not seem safe for an evening walk.

I think the only view better is the one coming through the I79 tunnel when the city just opens up in front of you. This really does allow you to look down on all of the city, to see where the rivers meet, the sports...More

Quaint area with great vantage point of the Pittsburgh city skyline, lots of restaurants around the area. Be sure to check out one of the two historic inclines for a bit of history as well.

This is the place to see the city of Pittsburgh. Day or night you can see the entire city. I prefer taking the incline up at night. The lights of the city are breath taking. This is a must see when visiting the city.

When in Pittsburgh I always try to make time to visit Mount Washington. It is one of the more popular locations for viewing the city skyline. It is also a popular spot for wedding photos.

This is Pittsburgh’s popular destination for a panoramic view of the city. Parking can be difficult, so it is best to get to the top by riding one of two funiculars, the Duquesne Incline or the Monongahela Incline from Carson Street. There are several viewing...More
