Head to Upper Incline Scenic Outlook, Bailey Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15211 The location in TripAdvisor goes to a place with no interest in Mt Washington. Beautiful city views, some few restaurants and ice cream shops around. It worth a visit.

if you want great views & photos of Pittsburgh you really need to head here - even if only for a short time! A very good free attraction although the Dusquesne Incline if taken is $2.50 each way

After riding the incline must take time to stroll along the street but make sure to see the lovely houses stretching along the road. Many have been or are being upgraded making this a highly desirable location. Walk down to the west to visit a...More

This is a must for all visitors to Pittsburgh. We never miss a chance to show the city from this view to our visiting family. We always take one of the inclines up and that is a treat for young and old alike.

On our recent vacation, we got a 2-bedroom house overlooking the city and I must say... the view was breathtaking!!! If you ever visit Pittsburgh, you HAVE to visit Mount Washington for the views of the city!!
