We went to the strip district on Sunday morning for breakfast and we weren't disappointed! They have coffee shops, restaurants, diners, bakeries, produce stands and markets and even a McDonald's if that's your taste! All sorts of stores too! Live music, vendors! Something for everyone!

I've been here before, but it's been a while. I was traveling through the area on vacation and wanted to sample some of the fresh produce and get a souvenir. There are several "farmer's markets" all priced about the same with varying quality of goods....More

On an August Sunday afternoon, these blocks of public market were pleasantly crowded with folks enjoying the sites, ordering up their ethnic and specialty foods, and looking for new Steelers paraphernalia. The restaurants were full of happy partakers and the whole place gives off a...More

We always take our visitors to this tourist destination -- particularly on weekend mornings/afternoons. That said, visitors will find great, family-owned "grocery" stores for meats, cheeses, seafoods, seasonings, and so on, for the perfect charcuterie board for home or the hotel room! Beginning with breakfast...More

The only downside to the strip district is the parking. Lots to see and do. Nice restaurants and shops.

Most of the stores close between 4 and 5 pm; restaurants are generally open later but some the diners and delis are breakfast and lunch only and also close early.
