The strip district is fun for all ages if you enjoy walking up and down the street. I recommend going on a day with nice weather, but it is more crowded during this time. There are places where you can park for free along the street (normally at one end or the strip) they do fill up fast and I... More

This place is not so clean in term of shopping for groceries but you can find a variety of food from different countries. You could find specialities that you can find anywhere else in the usual groceries. At night, you can can find great nightclubs.

So much fun to visit especially during Steelers Season! Steelers gear for miles and fun funs and shops. Store owners were out of control "giving" nick-nack items to my kids making me want to donate to their business. Primanti Bros is a must eat joint in this location and just an all around family friendly fun place to hang out,... More

To visit the Strip in the day and in the day versus the night depends on you - EVERYTHING is open during the day and there are tons of people walking around there on the weekends. You can find a little bit of everything on one main street but plan on walking, smelling wonderful foods and doing some shopping.

If you come to Pittsburgh, you have to spend a few hours in the strip shopping, eating, getting fresh brewed coffee, there's plenty of options... Only drawback is parking, but we usually go after 1 pm, everything still open for hours, and half the crowds

The Strip District of Pittsburgh is an old historic market and restaurant district. Parking is very limited, but fringe lots are available for a $5-$6 fee. The market stores offer a very wide variety of goods, many of which have ethnic offerings which may not be available elsewhere. It is recommended to bring large cloth bags to carry items, as... In the Strip you will find everything that you can think of. Bars, restaurants, fresh produce, cheese, and meats. Gift shops, street vendors, and much more.

Great early morning breakfast at Pamela's. Omelet is huge! Home fries are best ever! True Pittsburgh atmosphere. Great mix of clientele. Everyone friendly. Shopping is an experience, plan to spend a few hours. Great, fun old fashioned candy store. Has very funny gag gifts. Reasonable prices! Lots of Pittsburgh Sports gear and memorabilia with great pricing. From food to flowers,... More
