This is a nice hotel. Very spacious lobby that connects with the convention center. The cheer competition was a good fit.

Facility was fine. Lucky to get rooftop parking in adjacent garage as many spots were reserved for the Marriot guests. Biggest drawback: No food for sale on premises minus the restaurant in the hotel. And didn't realize many places within walking distance were closed in early evening on Sunday .

It is an average convention center. I was there for a military conference and the large conference room was adequate. The center provided finger foods during the conference that was ok, taco bar setup, small slider sandwiches, etc. Soda and bottled water was also provided but I would expect all these items when paying to attend a conference.

Nice for tourists but just so-so for locals. Many nicer places to drink and eat in Lancaster and with a block of the CC. Wedding venue was unremarkable and dull. So was the meal.

Lancaster has succeeded in blending their convention center into the community. Parts of the center are the facades of the buildings it replaced. You are steps away from the square and the farmer's market. The Marriott covers one end and it is a leisurely stroll from the hotel lobby to the convention facilities. This is an ideal locale for trade shows and association meetings.
