Call before you go but even the voicemail says they are open but door was locked. We went on Friday afternoon and the website says open but we drove there for nothing. They need to change their voicemail when they are closed. Very disappointed and...More

The ice making history part is interesting if you ever wondered about how ice was made and shipped before modern technology. They also make nice ice sculptures for events.

Was a fun trip. Very interesting to watch them sculpt something out of a huge block of ice. Ice slide was fun. Just remember to bring snow pants.

This is a really cute ideal for kids n parents to have a lot of fun. They should lower the price as the event goes on because the ice is melting and you have to try and figure out what some things are. Wine to...More

It was so disappointing because it is something we would have loved to see. We tried twice. The sign said they were open but the doors were locked and no one was there:(

There was no ice sculpting demonstrations, so we viewed a video and walked around and looked at photos and implements.

Small place. Self Guided. The owner/staff does not rush you. About an hour - 1 1/2 hours, could be longer depending how long you wish to stay to see the ice Sculpture. Took our three teens, hoping they would enjoy Ice Sculpting. They did, so...More

We wanted to go to the factory tour but it was closed because they had no group tours. How does that make any sense? Their website does not ask you to call or book online, it states that it's open everyday. Incorrect advertising.
