My Family and I frequent this tubing establishment. The people that run the place understand the importance of having fun but at the same time they look out for danger. of course it is tube at your own risk but they monitor the hill and let you know how the conditions are before you sign anything or pay.

We had a blast! We tubed from 1-4 Sunday the 19th and we had so much fun! The staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't very crowded so we were literally going up and down the hill every 10-15 minutes. We will be back next season!

My sisters & I brought our boys snow tubing for a cousin's trip. The place was packed, the weekend we went, and there was quite a wait at the top of the hill for tubing. The staff was very organized & helpful though. It had been our first time tubing in 20 years, but the staff was wonderful about pointing... More

We came snow tubing for the day with a bunch of young kids. We had a great time. Waits were not long, there were plenty of tubes, the staff was nice, very alert and great with the kids. I've also been there a long time ago for skiing and I always enjoyed that here as well.

Great place for family with younger children. Everyone were friendly and helpful from payment, getting ski boots, skis, ski lifts and even the restaurant staff went out their way to serve us. Not as crowded as other ski area which made it perfect for younger children who were first timers and developing their skills. Ski slopes were good - only... More

My family (husband and 3 kids aged 13,13,10) loved the snow tubing here. It was crowded but the tubing lines moved quickly. The hill was fast and there are plenty of lanes. Loved that we could connect our tubes and go down together. We have gone tubing before at Camelback and we prefer Big Boulder! My only complaint was buying... More

I learned to ski here many years ago! Now with 2 young children, we come up here to go snow tubing. Last year was great, but freezing cold (think below 0). It made for some awesome tubing though because you went down really fast and the lines moved quickly. This year it was in the 50s and slowed everything down.... More

I just took 6 teenagers to Jack Frost/Big Boulder Mountains. They were awarded free ski passes through their school. 4 out of the 6 kids had never been on skis before. Jack Frost was recommended because they have more beginner trails. If you plan on skiing and snow tubing, there is a really good deal you should be aware of...buy... More

I would never recommend tubing at this mountain. I have been going to Big Boulder for almost 40 years. I loved the skiing there. However, I took my son tubing for the 10 am -1 pm session during the holiday weekend of MLK weekend. There was one person at the window at 10:00 am to take payments for the session.... More

We have been going to Big Boulder regularly for many years. This is the perfect place if you have children that are just learning or beginner skiers. It is the perfect place if you have not skied in many years and you want to get your Ski Legs back and touch up your skills. There are slopes for everyone. From... More
