Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Small Quality Hand Made Chocolates. Individual Chocolates & Choc Honeycomb worth a try. Yes they are expensive, but no more so than other Chocolate shops of this quality. Chocolate at this level is a labour intensive exercise & well worth the Occasional Treat. Best Chocolate I have been able to source from a Central Coast Supplier

This little shop is within the Wyong Milk Factory.
It’s only tiny but you will find something nice.
Premises were very clean and the two staff were covered appropriately.
No tasting samples but perhaps this was due to COVID restrictions.
A guy behind a window was making chocolates (you have to be there at the right time).
The girl serving wasn’t very friendly at all and had barely any eye contact or people skills.
I feel the chocolates are quite expensive but they are certainly delicious.
I spent $40 with not much to show for it.
Definitely worth a visit.....

Small shop as part of the Wyong Milk Factory. Not a lot of stock and very over priced . The shop has a window where you can watch them making chocolates bun nothing going on when we were there.

This is not a mass produced outlet but a hand made chocolate shop which provides a wide range of ‘fancy’ flavours and designs. Kids may be disappointed but if you like quality, dark chocolate you won’t be disappointed. Pricey!

Went to visit their store after having lunch at the Wyong Milk Factory Cafe after doing a quick walk around prioritising our itinerary. The store was well placed with a variety of choices, flavours and shapes. The family settled on some milk chocolates, however me and the wife choose the Turkish delight dark chocolate. These were so yummy to eat after putting them in the fridge for a day. The taste really comes out of the dark chocolate. Smooth, soft and full of flavour. Very delightful indeed. A little bit pricey, but that's understandable as a boutique and high quality fine chocolate.

Went to buy gifts for my partners family who we were visiting on the coast. As I’m vegan, I didn’t think I’d find anything for myself. I was surprised to find they have a number of dark chocolates that are labelled vegan. In the cabinet, there are chocolate mint creams and on the shelves there are a number of dark chocolate dipped fruit and nuts. I bought semi-dried cherries, crystallised ginger, and a dark honeycomb block. They were all enjoyable. I liked the cherries best. There were a lot of delicious looking filled chocolates and truffles in the cabinet that I would’ve gone mad on during my pre-vegan days.

The product reminded me of Haigh’s Chocolate in both price and taste/ quality, which is nice but not my favourite. I don’t find it worth the money but plenty of people love it. I was happy to find a sweet, vegan treat to enjoy on my weekend away and to support a local business.

I received a chocolate box as a gift and was not very impressed. The chocolates were beautifully made but that’s all they had going for them. Could only have imagined what the price tag would have been, lucky I didn’t have to pay it.

Inside the Old Wyong Milk Factory complex this little factory prepares a range of handmade chocolates. The milk chocolate is very good and better than most mass produced chocolate.
