Came on a Saturday, during leaf peeping season, and had no problems checking in(White Haven to Jim Thorpe). Yes, the bus ride was a bit long but well worth the scenery once you are on your bike.

This rail trail is easy and beautiful. There is a choice of 15 mile ride and 25 mile ride. We pedaled 25 miles. We will be back in the spring to see all of the blooming mountain laurel lining the trail and waterfalls. There are...More

I had pre-paid for my two tickets, and when we arrived to check-in, it was extremely crowded in the building. There was no orderly line, and I was not even sure where the line started. It was taking a great deal of time to get...More

The rental process is very easy and the people working are very helpful. Our bikes were all in good condition. We had kids with us also and they had childrens bikes that fit them well. We brought our own helmets, but they do have helmets...More

First I want to clarify the rating is for the Pocono Biking company, not the actual Lehigh Gorge Trail. My boyfriend & I would not recommend the trail; we did not think the ride/trail was very scenic and frankly after a while got boring. But...More

Damaged my bike and left 20 minutes late as they allowed customers to sign up after the scheduled departure time. The trip took over an hour on a old school bus. The ride was bumpy and slow. When we finally arrived I found that my...More

This was a fun bike ride. Great views. We took our 8 year old. He would've rather done the 15 mile ride but he survived 25 miles. Fun day!

We chose a Sunday, 15 mile ride, from Rockport to Jim Thorpe with our two teens. Pokono Biking staff are professional, upbeat and knowledgeable (will pick the perfect bike for you). This place runs like a well-oiled machine. We arrived 50 min early and had...More

Hello! Sorry for the delay! I didn't get any notifications for this question. To answer briefly, the 26 mile ride from White Haven to Jim Thorpe takes roughly 2-3 hours. It's a constant 2% downgrade on a very smooth trail... More

I honestly can not comment on the toilet situation, I went before we left and when we got back and all was fine. The ride is flat, not down hill, yes, we do ride quite a bit and are fairly athletic. I felt it was super... More
