Running of the Bull interactive mural is painted on the Splatter Gallery wall. West Wyalong Main Street was once the bullock track in the gold digging era. When the surveyor came to lay out the Main Street in West Wyalong, the owners of the claims refused to move and the road was made following the bullock track.

This painting was done by an Australian Artist from Sydney called Anton Pulvirenti. Anton likes to explore boundaries with different mediums... he is a renowned chalk artist, he does drawings and illustrations and then dabbles with murals. All that talent in one person!
But this painting which isn't that large is something unique because it is 3D. Anton did his research to ensure that the narrative of the painting reflected a local story.
It is located on the side of an Art Shop which is so appropriate! So look for 'Splatter' to see this. The running of the bulls was once a display of bravado... these days I believe it's a bucket list item for those with no will to live... but I digress.
