The highlight of our trip to Tocumwal was a visit to Chrystie's Classics & Collectables Museum where we met the owner, George, and his cocky, Elvis (who only answers to the name of Cocky Cocky), and Sandy, the Golden Retriever. George is a lovely man...More

This place was fantastic to visit! Extremely welcoming and something for everyone to look at. The owner was great to talk to and was interesting to learn a bit more about how it became a museum and playing with his bird with the kids.

Chrystie’s Museum is a somewhat personal collection and the owner has great knowledge of all sorts of things. Bit out of Tocumwal and cheap admission, worth a look.

Its a shame Christie's Museum is listed as one ofthe area's attractions because it was an untidy collection of a few interesting items amidst a lot of junk. Poorly displayed and the $5 cost too much for what it is. Would rather spend time along...More

I live nearby and always wander over with out of town visitors. This private collection is a rare insight into Australian history told through memorabilia. Restored cars, petrol pumps, caravans, dolls, spoons, postcards and everything in between. There must be hundreds of thousands of items...More
