I just recently received a massage here with my wife and had a great experience. They greater us warmly and shower us to our room which was very clean, lovely ambient background music and a fantastic massage. They have also added 2 small sauna which I am keen to try next time I visit. After our massage we were affected a drink and had a chat with our masseuse. Great job thank you ladies. Had a really unfortunate experience today and wasted 30 mins walking here to receive no massage at all. I rang last night and asked to book in a 60 min massage through my health fund. I made it clear I wanted to claim to use the rest of my funds before the year is out. I booked for 10am and when I arrived there, the young girl had no idea about health funds, couldn't use the machine (I had to help her, but I thought..'no worries'). All of it was a waste of time as she reveals she had no qualification to provide a claim back to a health fund. She rings the boss and puts me on. The experience was awful. She blamed me for the health fund not working; told me that she didn't care if I wrote a bad review...actually encouraged me to...didn't explain why she had someone on who cannot accept the health fund claim and gave no solution to the problem. She told me to have a massage and pay the $90. She gave no options eg saying, "Hey I stuffed up with this booking...have a massage for $30, since I can't process the claim this morning". She just blamed it on me all the way through, yelled on the phone and didn't offer any solution. In the end, the girl had another client at 11am and I couldn't get a massage anyway. Walked out with nothing. If the manager can't offer a health fund-based massage then don't book it in and then blame the customer. The massages are hit and miss anyway, but after today I won't come back here again.
