Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A nice little walk. Well maintained and touching memorials in this lovely little town. The view from here is wonderful and the whole area is very serene.

Sooner or later you’ll come to this spot if your visiting Tathra as the historic wharf & pub are here. Enjoy the panoramic views!

Came upon this by chance but what a find!!! Such a lovely walk with million dollar views. We also enjoyed watching whales - they were far off but we could see them spout. It has a good walking platform and signage. The water was simply sparkling in the sun on the day we visited and we realised then why it was called the Sapphire Coast!

Lovely place to visit with a stunning vista. There is a nice walk with some great viewing platforms. A number of information boards provide some interesting information and history. You can see whales (during the season). There is a nice walk down to an historic wharf.

We definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area - and best of all, it's free.

We were in Tathra and discovered the new pathway along the coast leading up towards the hotel.
We decided to walk up and at the top we came across the lovely Memorial Gardens Walk. It is beautifully laid out with a fabulous outlook over the bay. A perfect place to reflect.

This memorial was tasteful, well designed and very well done. The walk also provided great views of the old wharf and the coastline. Well done.

Finally you're now able to walk along the ocean front walk. It is amazing. The views are great and it gives you access that was lost when the old road was washed away. It's only taken 45 years, but finally you can again walk to the wharf from the pub alongside the ocean....

Located on the headland near Tathra Hotel the park is very well maintained with a gentle slope walkway and great views. Good location for pics and learn about local history after a visit to the hotel bistro.

Absolutely fantastic way to combine a memorial to locals who have passed on, with a stunning outlook on the headland.

More communities to adopt this superb example.
