Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

my daughter had warned me about this place as she had a negative experience when she played paintball with them. We experienced the same thing. Greed, 32 people placed in a playing field to fire as many paintballs the owner Cld dream of. Most of the games where geared to shoot rapid fire and need for more paintballs. The owner has the flexibility to split groups as they have 4 playing areas. But when asked why cant we do this he replied " that's how we run it here and he has been running paintball business for many years. Yes this showed in the layout of his fields but his manner was rude and he often belittled customers. It was purely a money making exercise for him with high number of customers thrown in to a area. This did not allow for teamwork, much advancing and loads of getting shot....no fun, Have played elsewhere with 7-10 per team and had a great time. Wouldn't go back or recommend this site at salt ash port Stephens
