Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A most delightful walk, saw some seals, pelicans and a sting ray. They were hanging around the fishermen who were gutting their catch, waiting for the off cuts.

This walk was such a delight! We saw seals, stingrays, gulls and cormorants, fighting it out over fish guts, flung from the cleaning tables - you can guess who usually won!
The boardwalk is well maintained and the surrounding bushland and waterway is pristine. We extended our walk, crossing the bridge and turning left to follow the path in front of the caravan park, around past the jetty to Rotary Park, and on past Australia Rock to see more seals sunning themselves on the huge rocks at the inlet.

Seals were at play and sunning. Well developed board walk and coastal walk. Easy walk from town and out to Cove where seals laze. Watch for large skin rays swimming while walking under the bridge.

Lovely easy walk, over the water. We saw seals and a very large stingray. Good views looking back over Narooma

We stopped in at Narooma to stretch our legs and decided to walk the Mills Bay Boardwalk, and I am so glad we did. Beautiful sunshine and the clearest waters. We saw a beautiful seal sunbathing and were glad to see that the area was protected, for the seal's safety and ours. We saw a little stingray gliding through the water and many little fish.
The boardwalk was an excellent little adventure.

A delightful and scenic board walk around the bays that allows to peer into crystal clear waters and be mesmerized by the quantity and variety of fish (and apparently Stingrays on occasion). Also enables one to explore the diverse seaside environments.

Spent a lovely morning walking on the boardwalk and out to the breakwater. Very surprised to see a number of wild seals in the harbour and along our walk. Absolutely breathtaking

I enjoyed my walk from the main bridge then into the boardwalk to the surf beach. Loads of massive stingrays, a seal at our feet, beautiful emerald waters clear to see fish etc. loads of shade from the trees along the boardwalk.

The Mill Bay Board walk is a great stroll along the water which is just full of life. While there you can see all manor of fish, octopus, crabs, sting rays, seals, and sea birds galore. There are seats along the way if you want to stop and you can even cast a line in.

Hi, thanks for your review. We will be visiting Narooma next week. Just wondering where you entry point is along Mill Bay Boardwalk for snorkelling. Hoping to snorkel there.

Go over the bridge going north out of Narooma and turn first right into Centenary Drive. The car park for the boardwalk is on the right. There is access to both beach and boardwalk from there but I don't know about snorkeling. You may have to ask a local for their knowledge on that one as I believe there are sting rays in the water from time to time. Hope that is of some help.
