Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a great facility for children. It has a water slide, diving platform and 3 pools. Clean and tidy with a kiosk
Water in floor in changing rooms was annoying

In particular this centre has an indoor heated therapeutic pool which is reserved for people with disabilities. This is a marvelous concept with toilets, showers and change rooms and facilities for getting people with severe physical disabilities into the pool. The staff are friendly and courteous. There is also another indoor pool as well as a large outdoor pool and a cafe which sells good nourishing food

Great new facilities for families. Murwillumbah is the heart of the Tweed Shire and is a lovely town that has kept its country charm. The pool has a relaxed atmosphere and nice picnic areas too. There are 5 pools to choose from (50mtr, 25mtr,2 kids pools, and therapy pool), including 2 spring diving boards (open at certain times), and a big hill waterslide. You pay a few dollars extra to use the slide and diving boards and receive a wristband. The staff are excellent and always watching for safety. Really recommend it even if you are staying on the coast. Its a nice change and cheap. $19.20 for 2 adults and 2 kids over 2yrs of age. The kiosk serves yummy meals too from sandwiches to sushi, and the usual chips n pies. Really recommend it!

I was very pleasantly surprised with what this Aquatic Centre has to off. A play area for young kids, an indoor pool (heated), a diving pool with the diving boards being opened every two hours on weekends and school holidays, a 50m pool and a waterslide down a hill which operates every two hours weekend and school holidays (slide and diving board additional cost to entry but not a lot). Nice areas for picnics but also a shop selling food.

Cannot fault the facilities at this centre, there is something for everyone. Such a great place in a small country town. Large clean pools, slides, diving pool and hydro pool, good clean changing rooms . The staff however, aren't friendly. Not very accomodating, which is a shame.

Whether it's fun for the little kids in an outdoor or indoor pool, lap swimming (50 metre outdoors, 25 metre indoor heated), diving or exercising in the hydrothearapy pool, this centre has it covered.
Whether you're a local resident or casual visitor, there are classes throughout the week - aquarobics at two levels, deep water running.
There's a coffee shop attached and the complex is set within a vast park area with water slide.

Kids, teens, adults, us oldies - everyone can find a place to cool off, exercise or relax. Season pass is a tag which often charges you 2 or 3 times per visit, so I pay per visit now as it's cheaper.
